These are excellent shoes; they are similar to the Gel Resolution 8 shoes, just a step down from them in ruggedness and features. The tread pattern is exactly the same as the Gel Res 6's and 7's, which I think is pretty cool - a remnant of a bygone era, being that those shoes, especially the 6's, were from a decade ago. But that is neither here nor there. What is here is that these shoes are very very comfortable! I have in fact just now tried them on for the first time and they feel like slippers (but the outsole feels durable; they are not a particularly light shoe, though they also don't feel as rugged as the Gel Resolutions or Court FF Novaks). The toe box is roomy and the material just above the toes is flexible and breathable. The Gel Res "Dynawall" has been almost replicated; here it is a "Wingwall", and I swear to you I am not trying to sell them when I say that I prefer this Wingwall to the Dynawall, because the Dynawall is more concave and ironically does not feel stable. This particular "Wingwall" looks very cool, too. It is the perfect translucent, emerald green highlight to a classy white tennis shoe. Well that about does it, I will cut this short. Suffice to say these are very high quality shoes; you will not be disappointed. They are also very cool-looking (I honestly think they look better in a lot of ways than the Gel Res 8's look, but don't tell anyone that). Will let you look at the pics and be the judge for yourself. Speaking of which - I will add pics of the actual shoes soon.
